A Knapp's Castle Anniversary Photoshoot

As a photographer I spend most of my life searching for the best 30 minutes of light in this area. Knapps Castle is truly THE most incredible place in the Santa Barbara mountains. Luckily Will and Nancy were up for a little adventure for their anniversary and some light hiking. Once you reach the castle it is almost overwhelming taking in the views of Lake Cachuma. The castle creates such a warm backdrop with its sandstone walls and archways which block the sun perfectly. Although the view is stunning my favorite part of shooting here is getting to know my new friends on the gorgeous walk back.
